Each potential business starts with an introductory discovery meeting. This is an opportunity to discuss the project in detail and take the brief. During the discovery meeting our main focus is to listen, learn and understand our clients requirements and to also understand the culture and ambiance of our clients work-space. Basically it gives us a chance to learn what is important to the clients in creating an unique design build solutions so that the finished project is a true reflection of their desires.

This is followed up with a proposed agreement to the client outlining the design charges , budgets , time lines for designs and executions .

In response to the explorative study conducted an initial conceptualization brief is created for discussion. At this stage draft layouts showing space utilisation and furniture layout and other related information is discussed. Our Architects and design estimators will elaborate on the project  to demonstrate options within the projects to achieve the desired outcome .

This meeting will be followed up with signing of contract.

At this stage all the concept design are agreed with the client, the project moves to detailed design and specification stage. Each milestone and deliverable will follow up with requisite documentation for stakeholder sign offs. All the elements of the Project are detailed and explored for the client’s approval

Once the proposed design build solution has been agreed upon, a detailed cost plan is presented.  the cost plan reflects on the product line preferred by project stakeholders. This sets out the cost of each individual element per room and summarized project total. The itemized lines will be presented in detail regarding the cost of procurement, transportation, delivery and installation costs.

Our creative process is a series of charted progress of the project and it  is monitored and controlled on site regularly and any issues are mitigated imminently. The creative process is never hindered and in order to maintain quality and time of the project, we take enough time to chart out a course of actions to ensure all project constraints are anticipated before hand to avoid surprises. This ensures our clients satisfaction which has thus far reflected our capabilities

With  construction of the units and installation of all the elements coming to a close, we ensure a full site clean up before performing a project end checks for verification and validation purposes. At this stage we curate all necessary delivery, positioning and installation of the furniture to give a perfect finished look. This leads to project hand off documentation. But worry not, Our responsibility and commitment is not over. We are here for your future needs, work space services. Our project comes to an end not our business relationship.
